From our point of view, the most important reason as to why you should invest in property in Valencia is the value that is still to be had from investing in property in Valencia. Valencia is still good value for money  relative to all the other major cities in Spain .

Valencia is Spain's third biggest city with a population of 814,208*. The average price of property per sqm in Valencia was €2,248** as of 31st December 2010. The price of property in Valencia in the past ten years has increased by a whopping 186% . As of the 31st December 2000 the average price of property per sqm in Valencia was €785.34.

 As can be clearly seen from the chart below, Valencia is by far the cheapest city of the 7 most expensive cities in Spain with San Sebastian more than doubling it pricewise with less than a quarter of the population of Valencia.
