From our point of view, the most important reason as to why you should invest in property in Valencia is the value that is still to be had from investing in property in Valencia. Valencia is still good value for money relative to all the other major cities in Spain .

The price of property in Valencia in the past nine years has increased by a whopping 202% . As of the 31st December 2000 the average price of property per sqm in Valencia was €785.34.
As can be clearly seen from the chart below, Valencia is by far the cheapest city of the 7 most expensive cities in Spain with San Sebastian almost doubling it pricewise with less than a quarter of the population of Valencia.
Even Bilbao, with less than half the population of Valencia is 53% more expensive.

The figures speak for themselves, Valencia as Spain's third biggest city still represents excellent Value for Money and has still quite some ground to make up vis a vis Barcelona and Madrid.
