Having discussed in detail with you your specific needs, we embark on an extensive search of the Valencian Property Market using our own computer database of properties, property publications and contacts in the property sector so as to put together a shortlist of what we judge to be the properties which best reflect the property type that you are looking for relative to your specific requirements and budget.

We keep you up to date on the search process by means of regular e-mails and a monthly report on the progress of the search.

Once we have found suitable properties we mail the client digital photos of the property/ies together with a brief report on each property dealing with its location, size, distribution as well as giving you an opinion on it's positives and negatives especially with regard to the asking price. Having studied these reports you can decide whether it is worth your while coming over to view the recommended properties.

At V.P.H. ideally we try to shortlist 3 properties for clients to see before they come to Valencia, that said you should be aware that given the fluid nature of the Valencian Property Market an appointment to see a property is no guarantee that another prospective buyer will not put a deposit on the property before you get a chance to see it. Therefore we always try to source at least 3 suitable properties for you to see before you come over.
