This is great news for Valencia property owners especially those in prime property city areas as it will mean more short term rentals as well as a greater number of well to do buyers in the market for “special properties” as a significant number of American visitors will undoubtedly be smitten by the Valencia bug. It isn't called the “Florida of Mainland Europe” for nothing with a micro climate that swathes the city in sunshine for over 300 days a year.
