The Monaco Formula 1 P.R. Effect has truly arrived in Valencia with a resounding bang

The building presidents of the mere 18 buildings that sit on Dr. J. J. Domine street are receiving a crash course on the truly spellbinding power of the F 1 Public Relations Juggernaut. Dr. J. J. Domine is the Primest of Prime Property in Valencia re Formula 1 as it is the only street that looks directly over the city's breathtaking Juan Carlos 1st Marina as well as having the street part of the circuit whizz past the buildings front doors at speeds of 307 kmh (max circuit speed will be 323 kmh). Therefore property on this street represents a truly double whammy re exclusivity. The Juan Carlos 1st Marina is now the biggest marina in the Med having overtaken Monaco of all places. Over half a billion Euros were spent on it in preparation for this year's resoundingly successful America's Cup.

J. Domine. These companies wish to spare no effort in wining and dining their esteemed V.I.P. clients once they have obtained the much sought after pole position roof top terraces situated on Dr. J. J. Domine.

At present P.R. companies are offering between 9 and 12 thousand Euro for exclusive access to these roof top terraces for the weekend of the "European Grand Prix" which vrooms into Valencia on the 23/24th of August next year.The residents are guaranteed at least 7 year's business given the "European Grand Prix" will stay in Valencia for at least 7 years with a possibility of its tenure in the city being extended. No doubt many a resident in Dr. J. J. Domine will wish for Christmas that F 1 stays in Valencia for as long as it has remained in the F 1 calendar's only other street circuit namely Monaco since 1929.

P.R . companies want to accomodate between 30 and 80 V.I.P.s on the roof top terraces which will be especially painted and decked out for the event. An artifical type grass will be used as carpeting with air conditioned marquees being errected and a full 5 star catering service on offer. Access to the terraces will be strictly limited by the company's security people. For those who still yearn to get close to the action, individual apartment owners are renting their balconies at between €1,000 and €1,500 each for the weekend with standing room for 6 people on average. Around 50% of the apartments in Dr. J. .J. Domine are being used as offices with the commercial units on the ground floors being made up principally of banks and a number of bars cum restaurants as well as the area's main post office so those intending to rent balconies would be advised to get their skates on so to speak.

The circuit will be 5.4 kms in length, 60% of which will be inside the marina with a special bridge being put in place to allow the cars to career across the marina.Roof top views from Dr. J. J. Domine will be truly spectacular therefore with the exit from the pit lane itself being visible in the distance.

I have no doubt that with time the area around the marina and the F 1 circuit especially the last tranche of Avenida del Puerto will become the city's most sought after property.
