The organisers of Valencia's "European Grand Prix" on the 24th of August 2008 will be announcing in the coming days the crowd capacity on what promises to be a truly spectacular urban street circuit to rival Monaco. The most expensive tickets will be marginally more expensive than similar tickets for the Monaco Grand Prix : €483 vis a vis €474. It is envisaged that 135,000 spectators will line the circuit in total. Valmor Sport, the event organisers will be making public the positioning of the stands around the circuit also in the coming days.
The most expensive tickets will be those looking onto the pit lane / pits and close to the starting line. The pits will be situated in the marina area in "Tinglados (sheds) 4 & 5". Ingeniero Manuel Soto St. runs parallel to the pit lane which will be 657 metres in length in total. All property looking onto this street will have a certain new found cachet thanks to the arrival of F 1 in Valencia for at least 7 years with the possibility of the event being extended. The Catalonian Grand Prix comes to an end in 2011 thus making Valencia, Spain's sole F 1 venue. At present Valencia Property Hound has several interesting properties in the area of Ingeniero Manuel Soto that are on sale direct from the owners. Formula 1 being the money making machine that it is renowned for being means that a separate ticket will have to be bought for each day's events be they training, qualifying or the grand prix itself. Fans therefore intent on coming for the grand prix in particular better get their €500 Bin Laden notes ready as they are called in Spain as they are much talked about but rarely seen.
At present 25% of the circuit has been completed. A heliport and hospital have yet to be built inside the Juan Carlos 1st Marina area. The cars will whizz past most of what were the America's Cup team bases making their terraces V.I.P. areas. The circuit must be completed by June 1st ready for F.I.A. inspection. There are only a handful of hotels with accomodation still available for the weekend of the F 1 , mainly 4 and 5 star hotels.
As the build up to next year's "European Grand Prix" in Valencia heightens, all the more attention will be focused on "Prime Properties" close to the circuit and especially those that are overlooking the circuit and the marina such as those on Dr. J. J. Domine making the purchase of such properties in the immediate future all the more advisable for those seriously considering investing in Prime F 1 Property with a view to strong capital appreciation gains over the coming years.
There is still some excellent Prime F 1 Property available in the city right on the circuit for this year's "European Grand Prix"
