Valencia F1 Property Readies Itself for the Off

After more than a year of waiting since the announcement that Formula 1 would be coming to Valencia for an incredible 7 years with the possibility of an extension,  the hour is finally upon us. Formula 1's arrival in the city was due in no small measure to the runaway success of the sport in Spain due to Alonsomania. The upshot being that the Barcelona Grand Prix was no longer able to meet the ever increasing demand for tickets. More than half a billion Euros had already been spent on the Juan Carlos 1st Marina in preparation for sailing's America 's Cup which took place last year.
