On the 31st of December 2000, the average price of property in Valencia city per square metre was €785.34*. In the last 7 years average property values in Valencia city have increased by 263%, that said, Valencia is still significantly undervalued relative to Spain's other principal cities. 

As of the 31st of December 2007, the average price per sqm of property in Valencia was €2,849  whereas the average price per sqm in Spain's top 6 cities was €3,450, 21% more expensive than Valencia (Valencia being Spain's third biggest city). This significant undervaluation coupled with the arrival of Sailing's Olympics the Americas Cup and Formula 1 in 2008 until at least 2014 will continue to strongly push property prices well beyond the average national price increases in the short to mid term.

We only offer reasonably priced, good quality and most important of all well located second hand properties.
