Our Fee includes the following:

Property Search,

Conveyancing,
(Notary's Fee and Property Registry Fee Not Included).

Tax Advice and Management of Year 1's Tax Payments*

Translation of Both Contracts of Sale into English.

Our Fee breakdown is as follows:

For Properties with a Sale Price under €200,000 our Fee is 3%  + V.A.T. @ 16%.

For Properties with a Sale Price of more than €200,000 our Fee is Negotiable.

*Private Buyers Only, Limited Companies Not Included.

Please note we also offer Company Formation to those investors wishing to buy via a Limited Company.
