Valencia is Spain's Third Largest City however it is only the Seventh Most Expensive City Property-Wise.

The average price per sqm in Spain's Six Most Expensive Cities was €3,345, a whopping 60% more expensive than Valencia .This significant undervaluation coupled with the arrival of Sailing's Olympics the America's Cup, Formula 1 in 2008 until at least 2014 and the Valencia F1 Neighbourhood will continue to make Prime Valencian Property all the more attractive especially to investors.

The inauguration of the AVE High Speed Train linking Valencia to Madrid in a record  85 minutes in late 2010 should bring a significant number of second home buyers from Madrid into the better areas of the city with a positive impact on Prime Property Prices.
